- For orders valued at GBP 200 or more, only 50% of the amount will be refunded. This is because taxes, service charges, and payment-processing fees are non-refundable. In addition, 20% of the amount is always paid to the expert, regardless of the assignment outcome.
- No refund is applicable for papers with a deadline of 24 hours or less. In such cases, no refund will be processed from our end. For assignments with a deadline of more than 24 hours, you may request cancellation at any time, provided certain criteria are met, which are as follows:

Otherwise, such changes may be treated as additional work, depending on complexity and deadline.
- If the assignment requirements are unclear to the expert, the expert will raise a query. You must respond to the query as soon as possible. If no response is received within 24 hours, the expert may proceed using their best understanding, and no revision or refund will be provided in such cases.
- If the expert misses the deadline, you will be eligible for a full refund, or we can complete your next assignment free of cost. However, this applies only if you responded to all expert queries on time. If it takes more than 12 hours for you to respond to a query, 12 hours will be added to the deadline, as the delay is not from our end. (This clause does not apply to assignments due in less than 24 hours.)
- For assignments due in less than 24 hours, we request you to remain available and responsive. Any expert queries must be answered immediately. If no response is received within 2 hours, the expert may either proceed based on their best understanding or place the assignment on hold. In both situations, no refund or revision will be provided if the query is not resolved in time.
- We offer two main quality levels: Standard Quality and HD Quality. If a student pays for HD Quality but receives Standard-level grades, they will be eligible for a partial refund equal to the price difference. (Example: Standard – $100, HD – $150, refund – $50.)
- Our quality levels are further divided into four sub-categories: Pass, Credit, Distinction, and High Distinction. If a student selects Distinction quality but receives Credit scores, they will be eligible for a refund equal to the price difference. (Example: Credit – $150, Distinction – $180, refund – $30.)
- If you receive poor feedback (fail grade) on a paper written by an expert at NursingAssignmentHelper.io, you are eligible for a full refund or a free assignment, provided you submit valid evidence of the failure. This must include the graded paper clearly showing the score and confirming that the evaluated assignment was completed by us.
